Dear Mr. Ptasinski,
I was so upset when I lent my Caran d'Ache Frosty ballpoint pen and it was not returned. It is an inexpensive pen, but for an inexpensive pen it is a great one. And then I found out that it was discontinued! I thought, that's the end of that!
But the sun came out again with the news that you had the pen (and pencil!) in stock and on sale. And your service is fantastic. Everything arrived so quickly. I was able to replace the pen and stock up on a few extras at a great price, with fantastic service. Thank you so much.

workers. I didn't expect to receive my order until late this week or
early next. Imagine my surprise when I came home form work and found
my order already delivered. Excellent service, speedy delivery!

It is rare to receive such a message for such a purchase. As a 55 year old that has spent the last two years looking for real employment, there is an important lesson to be learned. Customer service is not dead and people still work as hard as ever.
I have lost this battle with management many times over. Your small message is a lesson even our politicians need to take away from this purchase. You could teach them much.
