You are, of course, responsible for any Customs/Duty Fees as charged by your home country.

Should you feel a need to return a product to ACME, please go to their website www.acmestudio and click on "Customer Service" tab and then follow their directions. Do NOT return an alleged defective pen to us, but directly back to ACME.
