The heir to the 849 style. In addition to its iconic hexagonal look, the 849 Fountain Pen highlights the talent of the master craftsmen at Caran d'Ache. Their luxury writing know-how is brought to bear on the Office Line from the Geneva-based company to create high-performance writing instruments. Thus the contemporary look of the stainless steel nib of the 849 Fountain Pen ensures smooth and precise writing. Available in 7 pen colors and 3 nib sizes. The nib carries the new Caran d'Ache identification, as does the button on the cap. To ensure even more comfortable use, the 849 Fountain Pen can be recapped/posted when writing. The 849 Fountain Pen offers a resolutely modern touch to this traditional writing instrument that the owner will want to take everywhere!
