Metropolitan Museum of Art: Egyptian Patterns Ball Pen
This pen is based on the Museum's colored copies of textile-derived painted ceilings coped from the tombs from New Kingdom Egypt ca. 1360-1349 B.C. Tombs were found in cemeteries of western Thebes, across the Nile river from modern Luxor.
