The Platinum Preppy is a highly regarded entry-level fountain pen known for its “Slip & Seal” mechanism, which prevents the ink from drying out for up to a year. It features a stainless steel nib and typically includes an ink cartridge that matches the pen’s translucent body. 

Will take Platinum Ink converters for fountain pen ink use. 700A/silver tone or 800A/gold tone converters.
